Women Empowerment Project
This project is one of the longest running projects by RCPM.The project identifies and imparts knowledge to under priviledged women. This is done jointly with Jagruti Seva Sanstha and Indsearch for almost 16 years. Jagriti Seva Sanstha identifies the beneficiaries and monitors them. Insearch provides the infrastructure. RCPM conducts the program for the beneficiaries and appreciates Jariti Seva Sanstha with donations.
The program spans over two days and following topics are covered in the program. General management,banking facilities, stress management, Time management and financial management. There is also an interaction with women entreprenuers, sharing their experiences and learning. A certificate is given to all the participants at the end of the program.
With this project RCPM helps create small entrepreneurs or help existing ones by providing necessary knowledge or by ofering member’s advisory services in case of any issues. RCPM too gets to know the ground level problems faced by these women.
This year 16 participants all women in their twenties and thirties attended the program.Ann Ashwinitai Joshi, Rtn PP Padma and Rtn Amita Nene conducted the program.
